Quality Assurance
All lamps are produced under an ISO 9001 quality system with documented process controls. Raw materials (LSR, batteries, PCBs) are verified on receipt. We run multi-stage inspection: incoming material checks, in-process dimensional and visual inspections, electronics functional testing, and final burn-in (72-hour accelerated run) before packing. Safety tests include overcharge/overdischarge protection verification, short-circuit protection, leakage and ingress checks (IP), and EMC pre-screening. Batch traceability and inspection records are supplied for each shipment.

Factory Capabilities
Tooling is manufactured in-house using high-precision 5-axis CNC, mirror EDM and slow wire cut to ensure consistent, repeatable soft-touch silicone geometry and facial detail. Molding lines include automated LSR injection presses and silicone compression presses tuned for delicate features and minimal flash. Electronics assembly lines perform PCB assembly (SMT), LED placement, firmware flashing and battery integration in controlled areas. Decoration and finishing options include pad printing, laser etching, silicone pigment matching and bespoke packaging assembly. Final testing lines perform burn-in, visual QC, drop tests, charging/discharging cycles and packaged inspection prior to shipment.
